Do Not Sell or Share My Information

Last updated: July 2026

Some privacy laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA), give residents the right to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of their personal information as those terms are defined by law.

How we handle your information

A Place for Your Loved Ones does not sell personal information to data brokers. When you ask us to connect you with care options, we share the details needed to make that introduction with relevant care providers — that sharing happens at your request, as part of the service you asked for.

How to opt out or make a request

You may request that we stop sharing your information, correct it, or delete it entirely. To do so, reply to any email or message you have received from us, or use the contact method provided by your care advisor, and tell us what you'd like. We will confirm and honor verified requests as required by applicable law.
